HUNGARIAN = Kalach

Ingredients

Mix like pie dough:
5 cups flour
½ to 1 cup sugar
¼ lb. butter
½ tsp salt
Heat:
1 c. warm milk
Mix together:
¼ cup warm water
2 yeast packets
dash of sugar
Add:
Flour mixture, yeast mixture, warm milk
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Fill with nut mixture of walnuts, sugar, vanilla and milk. Can also fill with lekvar.
