Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 3/4 cup canned tomatoes, diced and drained
  • Black olives
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 F.

Spread crushed tortilla chips along the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 baking dish.

Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet; drain. Mix in the salsa and chili with beans. Spread over the tortilla chips.

Spread sour cream over the meat and top with diced tomatoes, black olives and shredded cheese.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
