These pepperoni rolls ooze with cheese. This makes a great dish to take to a friend's house for watching the football game or a quick lunch at the office. This can stand alone for dinner with a tossed salad.

  • Rhodes frozen bread dough
  • Olive oil
  • Pepperoni
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder

Step 1

Allow dough to thaw. Roll in a 11x11 square & brush with olive oil. Lay pepperoni on entire surface, sprinkle with cheeses and seasonings.

Roll up the dough & place on greased baking sheet. Brush melted butter on top.

Bake 375°F for 15 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool a little. Serve with salad.
