  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated original or buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 4 slices American cheese, quartered
  • 4 slices deli ham, quartered

Preparation

Step 1

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.

2 Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each biscuit in half crosswise, making 2 thin dough rounds. Brush mustard evenly on 1 side of each dough round. On mustard side of 8 of the rounds, place 2 cheese quarters and 2 ham quarters; top each with second dough round, mustard side down.

3 Place filled biscuits in muffin cups, edges facing toward bottom of cup; gently fan out edges.

4 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
