| 1 | Small Banana |
| 5-7 | Frozen or Fresh Strawberries |
| 1 | Handful of Mixed Greens or Spinach |
| 1 | Cup Milk of your choice (I use vanilla coconut) |
| ⅓ | cup of Strawberry Chobani Greek Yogurt |
| 1 | tbsp of Wheat Germ |
| 1 | tbsp of Peanut Butter |
If all fresh fruit is used, add 3 ice cubes to cool mixture.
Place all ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
