Part swanky cocktail, part ice cream float. I know why you’re smiling!

Ingredients

2 small scoops Backyard Mint Ice Cream
2 ounces bourbon
Soda water
Mint sprig

Directions

Scoop ice cream into a pint glass. Pour the bourbon over and top with club soda. Garnish with the mint.
