
| 1 | cube butter |
| 10 | eggs, slightly beaten |
| ½ | c flour |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| ½ | tsp salt |
| 1 | c chopped green chile |
| 1 | pt small curd cottage cheese |
| 1 | lb shredded cheddar & monterey jack |
2 Pour into a buttered 13” x 9” x 2” pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes – THEN lower to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
