Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 hear Romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
- 1 red delicious apple, cut into chunks
- 4 ounces bleu cheese or gorgonzola, crumbles
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, lightly toasted
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
