| Boneless sirloin steak | |
| Marinade: | |
| 2 | vine ripe tomatoes – diced |
| ⅓ | cup vinegar |
| ⅓ | cup soy sauce |
| ⅓ | cup teriyaki sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon sugar |
| 1 | inch piece of fresh ginger – chopped |
| 4 | cloves of garlic – chopped |
Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Add the steak and cover for at least 1 hour.
Heat a griddle and place the steak on the hot griddle. Grill the steak to your liking and serve.
