| 2 | cans condensed soup - mushroom or chicken |
| 2 | cups sour cream |
| 1 | t salt |
| ½ | t black pepper |
| 2 | cups shredded cheddar cheese |
| ⅓ | cup sliced green onions |
| 6 | cups thawed hash brown potatoes |
| 2 | cups slightly crushed Corn Flakes cereal |
| ¼ | cup butter, melted |
Preheat oven to 350°
Grease or spray Pam on 13×9 casserole dish.
Mix all ingredients, except the cereal and butter. Spread the mixture in the prepared casserole dish.
Mix cereal and butter together. Spread on top of potato casserole.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with more sliced green onions, if desired.
