| 4 | eggs |
| 1 | cup chopped pecans |
| 1 | cup light corn syrup |
| ¼ | cup sugar |
| ¼ | cup packed brown sugar |
| 2 | T butter, melted |
| 1 | tsp vanilla |
| ½ | tsp salt |
| 1 | unbaked 9 inch pie shell |
| Topping: | |
| 3 | T butter |
| ⅓ | cup packed brown sugar |
| 3 | T honey |
| 1½ | cup pecan halves |
Combine eggs, pecans, corn syrup, sugars, butter, vanilla and salt. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and honey until combined. Stir in pecan halves until well coated. Spoon over pie. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until bubbly and golden. Cool completely.
