Spinach and Bacon Quiche PRINT

|Salt and pepper to taste|
|2-Cups chopped fresh baby spinach packed|
|1-Pound cooked bacon crumbled|
|1½||Cups shredded Swiss cheese|
|One||9-inch refridgerated piecrust, fitted into a 9 inch plate|
1- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2- Combine the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper to taste in a food processor or blender. Layer the spinach, bacon, and cheese in the bottom of piecrust, then pour the egg mixture on top.
3. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the egg mixture is set. Cut into 8 wedges.
