Buffalo Chicken Dip PRINT
|2||c chicken diced (canned works well)|
|¼||c Franks Red Hot Sauce|
|1||c shredded cheddar cheese|
|1||tsp lemon juice|
|¼||c blue cheese|
Preheat oven to 375.
Toss chicken with pepper sauce. Stir in remaining ingredients except blue cheese. Put into 1 1/2 qt shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with blue cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 min.
Serve with veggies, crackers or tortilla chips.
