| 2 | tblsp butter |
| 1 | tbls oil |
| 1 | small thinly sliced onion |
| 1 | head Savoy cabbage cored and thinly sliced |
| ½ | cup water |
| ¼ | rap salt |
| 1 | green onions thinly sliced |
| 1 | tblsp finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves |
| ⅛ | tsp pepper |
Heat butter and oil on medium in 5-quary sauce pot. Add onion, cook 3 minutes, stirring. Stir in cabbage, water and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes until cabbage is very tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat stir in green onion, tarragon and pepper.
