Melted Savoy Cabbage with Herbs PRINT
|1||small thinly sliced onion|
|1||head Savoy cabbage cored and thinly sliced|
|1||green onions thinly sliced|
|1||tblsp finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves|
Heat butter and oil on medium in 5-quary sauce pot. Add onion, cook 3 minutes, stirring. Stir in cabbage, water and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes until cabbage is very tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat stir in green onion, tarragon and pepper.
