Pimp your hot-dog
|1||large onion, finely chopped;|
|1||Jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped;|
|1||chipotle pepper in a sauce Abado sauce finely chopped;|
|375||grams of ground pork;|
|375||grams ground beef;|
|2||teaspoon of chili powder;|
|1||teaspoon of ground cumin;|
|1||teaspoon of cayenne pepper;|
|2||garlic cloves, minced;|
|1||bottle of beer of your choice;|
|1||can diced tomatoes;|
|1||can of white beans, rinsed and drained;|
|2||table spoon of cocoa powder;|
|¼||cup of honey;|
|½||cup of molasses;|
|Salt and pepper;|
Add sliced onions in a big saucepan and cook them with a bit of olive oil, covered, over medium-low heat until tender and translucent. Stir frequently.
Add meat, spices and continue cooking until the meat is cooked. Add salt and pepper. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
Deglaze with beer and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring frequently. Adjust seasoning to taste. It’s ready!
Just include it in your hot dog or nachos to jazz up them all. Personally, in the hot dog I found it very good. Nothing super-gourmet, but it does the job for a party and it’s a great mix with a good beer.
