| 3½ | cups flour |
| 2 | tsp. baking soda |
| 1½ | tsp. salt |
| 1 | tsp. cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp. nutmeg |
| 3 | cups sugar |
| 1 | cup oil |
| ⅔ | cup water |
| 2 | cups pumpkin (1 - 16 oz. can) |
| 4 | eggs |
Sift dry ingredients. Add rest of items. Mix until smooth. Divide into 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. (toothpick test)
