Sweet & Sour Meat Balls PRINT
|1||lb. ground beef|
|½||cup sweet pickles with juice|
|1||8 oz cans pineapple slices packed in juice|
In a mixing bowl combine gr beef, egg, salt and pepper. Form into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs n skillet. Drain pineapple slices, reserving syrup. Add syrup, pickles and juice to skillet.
dissolve the cornstarchg with 1 T water. Gradually add to skillet mixture, cooking and stirring until gravy boils and thickens. Add pineapple slices, cover and cook 5 minutes until heated through. Serves 4
