| 1 | egg |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | T water |
| ¼ | tsp pepper |
| 1 | lb. ground beef |
| 1 | T cornstarch |
| ½ | cup sweet pickles with juice |
| 1 | 8 oz cans pineapple slices packed in juice |
In a mixing bowl combine gr beef, egg, salt and pepper. Form into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs n skillet. Drain pineapple slices, reserving syrup. Add syrup, pickles and juice to skillet.
dissolve the cornstarchg with 1 T water. Gradually add to skillet mixture, cooking and stirring until gravy boils and thickens. Add pineapple slices, cover and cook 5 minutes until heated through. Serves 4
