"Bisquick Mix" PRINT
Ingredients
| 10½ | c flour |
| ¼ | c baking powder |
| 1½ | T salt |
| ½ | c sugar |
| 2 | c shortening |
| 1 | c buttermilk powder |
| 1½ | t baking soda |
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with electric mixer until particles are small and uniform in size. Store on a shelf in tightly covered container up to 3 months.
