|1||cup thinly sliced celery|
|½||c chopped onions|
|4||hard cooked eggs|
Cover potatoes with water and boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min until tender. Drain and cool.
In large bowl combine mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar. Add potatoes, celery, onion, and eggs and toss gently.
