Canadian bacon, egg and goat cheese sandwich PRINT
|2||slices Canadian Bacon|
|2||slices whole wheat toast|
|1||large egg plus 1 large egg white lightly beaten|
|½||medium tomato, sliced|
|1||tbsp fresh goat cheese|
Cook bacon, 2 minutes-ish, transfer to toast. Season eggs with salt and pepper, add to skillet and cook how you like. Transfer to toast, top with tomato, season and spread goat cheese on remaining toast.
