Preparation

Step 1

You start by entering the pork shoulder on all surfaces in a saucepan with a bit of oil. Place the shoulder in a slow cooker. Saute onion in same skillet a few minutes, add fish sauce and soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook 2 minutes. Add all the slow cooker with 2 can of coconut milk. Cook for about 6 hours and let cool down. After that time, shred all the shoulder in a bowl and take all the sauce from the slow cooker and put it in a pan. Reduce the sauce by half and mix it with the meat (that's the secret to the taste).

For the ginger mayonnaise, simply put in a bowl, the mayonnaise, the ginger powder, the Sriracha sauce and add salt and pepper.

For the preparation, simply grill the little buns, add the pork, the fresh coriander and the ginger mayonnaise.
