Cran-Apple Couscous PRINT
|1-½||C apple juice|
|¾||C uncooked, plain couscous|
|⅓||C sweetened dried cranberries|
|1||T butter or margarine|
|½||tsp ground cinnamon|
|¼||tsp ground allspice|
Place juice in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cranberries, butter, cinnamon and allspice. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 8 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork before serving.
