| 1 | can cut green beans |
| 1 | can wax beans |
| 1 | can lima beans |
| 1 | can dark red kidney beans |
| 1 | green pepper, chopped |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| celery, chopped (optional) | |
| ½ | cup (or less) oil |
| ½ | cup + 2 Tbsp vinegar |
| ⅔ | cup sugar or sugar substitute |
Combine beans and veggies in a large bowl. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar together well and pour over bean mixture. Chill.
