Cut round steak into serving size pieces. Salt and pepper side facing you and add some bacon and onion. Roll steak up and secure with round wooden toothpicks. Brown in small amount of hot oil in cooker and salt and pepper the outside of rollups. Add water and cover and set control at 10 and cook 25-39 minutes after control jiggles.
