Pot Roast PRINT
|3||tablespoons lemon juice|
|3||tablespoons worcestershire sauce|
Salt and pepper roast and brown in hot fat on both sides in cooker. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast. Add water to bottom of cooker according to directions for the size of cooker. Cover and set control at 10 and cook 45-50 minutes after control jiggles. Cool cooker normally 5 minutes and then reduce pressure instantly.
