For a tender and delicate texture. To substitute cake flour all purpose flour use 1 cup plus 2T cake flour for every cup of all purpose flour.

Ingredients

To make cake flour:
1 c sifted cake flour = ¾ c (84 grams) sifted all purpose flour plus
2 T (15 grams) cornstarch
