Wisk oil, pepper and dressing together. Pour over crackers that have been put into a large Tupperware container. Turn for about 15 minutes, slowly and carefully, then turn every few minutes or until coated.

For a crunchier cracker they can be baked at 325F for 20 minutes or so.
