Stewed Rhubarb PRINT

Stewed Rhubarb

Ingredients

1 lb. rhubard, cleaned, cut into 1" pieces
cup sugar
2 tbsp. water
½ cup thawed Cool Whip strawberry whipped topping

Directions

Toss rhubarb with sugar in medium saucepan. Add water; cover.
Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Cool slightly.
Top with whipped topping just befor serving. Refrigerate any leftover dessert.

Make-ahead:

Rhubarb mixture can be made ahead of time. Cool completely, then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
