Vanilla Wafer Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup soft butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 6 eggs
• 1 box of vanilla wafers
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 7 oz. bag of coconut
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl blend butter, sugar and eggs.
Set aside.
Grind vanilla wafers in food processor until fine.
Blend cookies with egg mixture and then stir in rest of ingredients. The batter will be thick.
Pour in a greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
