Ingredients

  • Garnishes:
  • 1/2 Pound macaroni, cooked well done, cooled drained
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
  • 4 russet potatoes, cooked well done and cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon pepper
  • 2 1/2 Cup Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 Cup shredded carrots
  • Thinly sliced green onions
  • Reserved chopped hard boiled eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine macaroni, potato, garlic salt, vinegar and pepper and mix.

Fold in the mayonnaise. Fold in the peas, carrots, and chopped eggs.

Sprinkle with green onions and reserved hard boiled eggs.
