|Ground pumpkin pie spice|
Peel the sweet potato. Cut into 1/2” strips, like French fries.
Place on a baking sheet. Brush all sides of fries with olive oil and sprinkle with ground pumpkin pie spice. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until tender.
