Beer Bread

Ingredients

3 c flour
1 t baking powder
tsp salt
4 T sugar
1 12 oz can of beer
3 T butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 . Lightly grease a 9×5 pan

Combine flour sugar and baking powder and life well with whip.
Pour in beer and still until still batter is formed. Don’t mix( best to sue your hands)
Brush top with melted butter
Balke 40 minutes or so until toothpick comes clean
