Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Sugar Chips

Ingredients

Salsa:
3 kiwis, peeled & diced
3 golden delicious apples, peeled & diced
1 lb strawberries (fresh or frozen without sugar)
¼ cup splenda
2 T splenda brown sugar
(optional: add 8oz raspberries, but increase splenda by ¼ cup)
Chips:
10 - 10 inch flour or whole wheat tortillas
Butter flavored cooking spray or melted butter
1 cup cinnamon sugar mix (or splenda-cinnamon mix)

Directions

Salsa: Blend all together – can use food processor. Chill at least 15 minutes.

Chips: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with spray or melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 8-10 minutes. Cook and cut into triangles.
