Ingredients

  • Combine the flour and confectioners sugar, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of a greased 11 x 7 x 2in baking. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
  • 4-6 c. diced rhubarb
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lg. pkg. yellow cake mix (dry)
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. water (1 c. if rhubarb was frozen)
  • Spread in layers in order given in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
