| 1 | (8½ ounce) package chocolate wafers, crushed |
| 1 | cup finely chopped almonds, toasted |
| 1 | cup sifted powdered sugar |
| ¼ | cup light corn syrup |
| ⅓ | cup chocolate-flavored liqueur |
| 1 | pound vanilla-flavored candy coating |
| 2 | (1-ounce)squares semisweet chocolate |
| Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Shape into 1 inch balls, and chill until firm. |
Place candy coating in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until candy coating melts, stirring frequently. Dip chocolate balls in melted candy coating, and coat well. Place on wax paper to dry.
