Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 9-12 sweet potatoes (cooked in the skins and peeled)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter (stick)

- Topping:
- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 8 TBSp flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Preparation:
Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour into a buttered 12 by 15 casserole dish.
Cut remaining ingredients together with a pastry cutter to make a crumble and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 40-60 minutes, until hot and browned.
Serves 12-15.
