| 1 | package (375g) broad egg noodles, uncooked |
| ½ | cup Zesty Italian dressing |
| 1 | lb (500g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces |
| 2 | cups cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 4 | cups fresh baby spinach leaves |
| 1 | cup 4 cheese Italiano shredded cheese, divided |
| 8 | slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled |
1. Cook egg noodles as directed on package.
2. Heat dressing in a large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until cooked through. Add tomatoes; cook 1 minute, stirring occassionally.
3. Drain the noodles reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Add noodles and the reserved cooking water to chicken mixture in skillet; stir.
4. Remove from heat. Add spinach, bacon, and 1/2 cup of the cheese; mix lightly. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and serve.
