Spinach and Bacon Pasta Toss PRINT

|1||package (375g) broad egg noodles, uncooked|
|½||cup Zesty Italian dressing|
|1||lb (500g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|2||cups cherry tomatoes, halved|
|4||cups fresh baby spinach leaves|
|1||cup 4 cheese Italiano shredded cheese, divided|
|8||slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled|
1. Cook egg noodles as directed on package.
2. Heat dressing in a large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until cooked through. Add tomatoes; cook 1 minute, stirring occassionally.
3. Drain the noodles reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Add noodles and the reserved cooking water to chicken mixture in skillet; stir.
4. Remove from heat. Add spinach, bacon, and 1/2 cup of the cheese; mix lightly. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and serve.
