Honey Baked Chicken

Baked chicken is lightly marinated and basted with a honey mustard sauce. Awesome tangy, sweet flavors! Serve over steamed rice with a side of steamed veggies.

Ingredients

• CHICKEN:
• 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
• SAUCE:
• 1/3 cup margarine, melted
• 1/3 cup honey
• 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
• 1 tsp salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F.

Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan. Combine melted margarine, honey, mustard and salt. Pour over chicken.

Bake 1 hour or to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit, basting every 15 minutes while baking.
