| 1½ | lbs. round steak |
| 1 | t. garlic powder |
| salt and pepper | |
| flour | |
| ⅓ | c. vegetable oil |
| 2 | cloves garlic crushed (I use jar minced) |
| 1- 14½ | oz. petite diced tomatoes |
| 1 | medium onion cut in to strips |
| 1 | medium green bell pepper cut in to strips |
Cut steak into serving size pieces. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Dredge in flour. Brown on both sides in oil over med-high heat. Place meat in slow cooker. Combine minced or crushed garlic, can tomatoes, onion and green peppers with one can of water. Pour over meat. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes
