Brunch Egg Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups croutons
6 oz (1-½ cups) shredded cheddar cheese
6 beaten eggs
3 cups milk
¾ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. mustard
½ tsp. onion powder
dash pepper
6 slices bacon

Directions

Grease 11 X 9 skillet. Heat oven to 325.
In bottom of pan, combine croutons and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper and mix.
Pour over crouton mixture.
Cook 6 slices baon until crisp; drain and crumble.
Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake for 55 – 60 minutes.
