Gather up your favorite bulk items and make your own Trail Mix. A great snack!

|Raw/or roasted, unsalted Almonds|
|Unsalted Shelled Sunflower Seeds|
|Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds|
|Coconut Chips or Flakes|
Mix all in a large bowl and place in an airtight container. About 1/3 to 1/2 cup makes a nice serving!
