Ingredients

A Cup Each:
Nuts:
Raw/or roasted, unsalted Almonds
Unsalted Shelled Sunflower Seeds
Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds
Unsalted Peanuts
Dried Fruit:
Raisins
Cranberries
Cherries
Blueberries
Banana Chips
Pineapple (diced)
Papaya (diced)
Coconut Chips or Flakes
