| Raw/or roasted, unsalted Almonds | |
| Unsalted Shelled Sunflower Seeds | |
| Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds | |
| Unsalted Peanuts | |
| Dried Fruit: | |
| Raisins | |
| Cranberries | |
| Cherries | |
| Blueberries | |
| Banana Chips | |
| Pineapple (diced) | |
| Papaya (diced) | |
| Coconut Chips or Flakes | |
Mix all in a large bowl and place in an airtight container.
About 1/3 to 1/2 cup makes a nice serving!
