| 2 | cups mixed greens |
| 1 | hard boiled egg, sliced |
| 2-3 | oz. grilled chicken breast, chopped (optional) |
| 2 | pieces crisp bacon, chopped |
| 8 | yellow cherry tomatoes, sliced in half |
| 8 | red cherry tomatoes, sliced in half |
| ½ | avocado, chopped |
| 1 | T. extra virgin olive oil |
| ½ | T. balsamic vinegar |
| salt and pepper |
Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss with mixed greens. Plate and top with remaining ingredients.
