Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins

I will never need to buy commercially made English muffins again. I can't believe how easy they are to make! The directions are similar to making pancakes on the griddle. I used English muffin forms, but you don't necessarily need to have them. The dough rose in 45 minutes, and took just a few minutes to cook. Love these! (Recipe very slightly adapted from Baking Bites.)

Ingredients

cup water, warm (110F)
1 tbsp sugar
tsp active dry yeast
1 cup milk, slightly warm (100-110F) (I used 1% milk)
¾ tsp salt
tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups all purpose flour
cup raisins
