| 2 | lb ground beef |
| 12 | oz Tomato Paste |
| 1 | c chopped onion |
| 1 | c chopped green peppers |
| 1 | c quick oats |
| 2 | egg, lightly beaten |
| 2 | tsp salt |
| ½ | tsp pepper |
| ⅔ | c ketchup |
| 4 | T brown sugar |
| 2 | T dijon mustard |
Mix first 8 ingredients and place in meatloaf pan.
Mix glaxe and spread over meatloaf
Bake 1 hour at 375
Let sit 10 to 15 minutes covered lightly with foil before removing from pan.
Or bake in sprayed muffin tins for 25 minutes. Serve one each and freeze the rest
