Fruit and Fiber Breakfast Bar

yummy, fiber-rich recipe not only treats your constipation, it prevents it too!

Ingredients

1 tsp psyllium
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup oat bran
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Applesauce to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Mold mixture into a bar shape and refrigerate until hard. Enjoy!
