Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients

• 6 1/2 cups Flour
• 1 1/2 sups Sugar
• 2 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 4 extra large eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 3 cups Buttermilk
• 1 (15 oz) box raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
In one bowl mix all dry ingredients.
In Mixer, beat all wet ingredients, then combine together.

Grease 4 Loaf Pans
Bake 45-50 min or until tester comes out clean
