Ingredients
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3-ounces) package Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F. Use Baker's Joy to spray bundt pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
Combine rest of ingredients and beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl and beat for another minute.
Bake 1 hour. Cool. Prick cake with toothpick and pour glaze over top and sides.
GLAZE:
Melt butter. Stir in water and sugar. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add Bailey's.
