
| 3 | lbs boneless beef or pork ribs |
| Marinade | |
| ¼ | cup olive oil |
| ½ | cup water |
| Juice a and zest of large lemon | |
| 2 | T. soy sauce |
| 3 | T. fresh grated ginger |
| 1 | T. Chinese 5 Spice |
| 2 | T. fresh cilantro, chopped |
| 1 | T. chili paste |
Mix marinade ingredients and place in a sealable bag with the ribs. Let marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Place in a crockpot with ¼ cup water and cook on high for 3 hours. Reduce heat to low and cook for another 2 hours. You can also cook on low all day if you prefer. Just check it periodically to see if it needs water.
