| 1 | lb ground beef |
| 1 | cup chopped onion |
| 15 | oz tomato sauce |
| 28 | oz diced tomatoes |
| 3 | cups water |
| 1 | cups chopped potatoes |
| 1 | cups chopped celery |
| 1 | cups chopped carrots |
| 2 | tsp salt |
| ¼ | tsp basil |
| 1 | bay leaf |
| 16 | oz frozen butter beans |
| 16 | oz frozen corn |
| Sweet'N Low |
Cook beef until brown, add onion and cook until tender. Add all ingredients in 8 qt sauce pan except butter beans and corn. Simmer until veggies are tender. Add butter beans & corn. Simmer one more hour. Pepper & Sweet’N Low to taste.
