Giant Cheese popovers

Ingredients

4 cups flour
1 tab plus 2 tsp. coarse salt
4 cups milk
8 large eggs
10 ozs. fresh swiss cheese

Directions

sift flour and salt
oven 350 and put popover pan in
in saucepan, heat milk over medium till bubbles form around the edge. whisk eggs with electric mixer and slowly add milk mixture while whisking constantly then gradually add flour
Remove heated popover and spray with pam and place on cookie sheet-fill each cup so it is level with the top and put cheese on top
bake 15 minutes and rotate pan 180 degrees and continue till brown about 35 minutes more and remove and invert and serve promptly
